The Amendment Ordinance aims to introduce a company re-domiciliation regime that enables non-Hong Kong corporations to re-domicile to Hong Kong. In light of the introduction of the company re-domiciliation regime, the Amendment Ordinance also introduces related amendments to other enactments.
